How to register

  REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

CONFERENCE

Payment

1. Conference registration fees can be paid by major credit cards such as VISA and MasterCard.
2. Bank transfer is also acceptable. Please state "35th ARC" and quote your name / company, and registration ID, on the bank transfer. A copy of the bank transfer should be faxed to the Hong Kong Jockey Club on +852 2966 7022. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by registrants.

3. Full payment in HK$ must be received within five days of submitting registration.
4. Registrations will be held as pending until the payment is received.

Registration Confirmation

5. Confirmations will be sent via email upon receipt of your payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

6. Notification of cancellations must be made in writing, either by email cs@registration-archk2014.com or fax+852 3590 9519, to the conference Registration Office.
   

   On or before 31 Jan, 2014	HK$ 1,000 administration fee
   On or before 30 Apr, 2014	50% of the registration fee will be forfeited
   After 30 Apr, 2014	100% of the registration fee will be forfeited

7. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect a refund within 30 days post conference. Reinstating of registration is not permitted after cancellation. You will need to register again.

8. By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the Privacy Policy Statement of The Hong Kong Jockey Club Privacy (available on www.hkjc.com/english/corporate/corp_privacy.asp, or provided upon request.)

Notice

9. The HKJC reserves the right to change conference programmes and events at anytime. The HKJC shall also have the right to review each application and to refuse an application at its sole discretion.

Visa

10. Nationals of about 170 countries and territories may visit Hong Kong visa-free for a period ranging from 7 days to 180 days. Check this webpage www.immd.gov.hk/ehtml/hkvisas_4.htm to learn whether you need a visa or entry permit to enter Hong Kong for a visit.
 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Hotel Information

11. Hotel confirmation will be sent separately by relevant hotel.
12. Credit card details are required to guarantee booking.
13. Rooms will be allocated on first come first served basis. If the point is reached where the number of persons registering exceeds the number of rooms blocked by the host then rates may vary for those additional rooms.
14. The hotel will send out a tentative booking notice after checking availability. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to release the rooms without further notice if no credit card details are received within 5 working days of this booking notice being issued.
15. The official check in time at the hotels is 2pm and check out time is 12nn. Grand Hyatt’s rooms may be extended until 6pm at 50% room rate.
16. In the event of non-arrival due to any reason, the room will be released and the payment will not be refunded.
