First Racecourse Operations Seminar offered at the 35th Asian Racing Conference

The Racecourse Operations Seminar will be held in situ at Sha Tin Racecourse. Subjects covered will include:

• Benchmarks and performance parameters for race tracks
• Planning for renewal of tracks
• Life cycle costings of equipment and facilities
• Flood lighting design, installation and maintenance & integration with broadcasting system
• Evaluating and selecting running rails
• Japan Racing Association innovations in starting gates
• Staff training and retention
